Awards Night Reminders

​Let's celebrate our students!

We are so excited to welcome our parent and caregiver community to our annual Awards Night tomorrow night.
EVENT DETAILS:
Where: Pavilion, Gympie Showgrounds.
When: 14 October 2021. Please arrive from 5.30pm onwards - the event ceremony will commence at 6pm sharp. Please note due to COVID-19 requirements, seating will be allocated as guests arrive for families/parents/carers only (everyone except students receiving an award). All guests other than students will be allocated a seat and wrist band upon arrival. All guests must remain in their allocated seat for the entirety of the evening. Please DO NOT attend if you are unwell or display any flu-like symptoms.
What to wear: This is a semi-formal occasion. Students must be in full formal school uniform (please see Student Services ASAP if you do not own a formal uniform to loan one. Sizes are limited). Concert band/ACA Vocalists may remain in their band uniform to receive their awards.
Students can check lists on Student Services or Admin doors to check if they are eligible for an award.
