If personal situations make payment difficult, the school is able to negotiate a payment plan.
Over the past 9 months, the School has been reviewing the payment procedures and as of Term 1, 2021 James Nash SHS will be cashless and no longer accept cash payments.
Starting Term 4 2020, Student Services and the Main Office will start to phase out cash payments only accepting them Monday to Wednesday for the first 5 weeks. Cash payments will then be reduced to Mondays only for the following 4 weeks with no cash payments being accepted in Week 10 and beginning Term 1, 2021 James Nash SHS will be cashless.
In anticipation of our cashless school our preferred available methods for payment are BPoint, Qkr and Direct Bank Deposit.

As directed by the Department of Education to be compliant with our financial regulatory obligations James Nash SHS does not take Credit/Debit card payments over the phone.

James Nash SHS is now a Qrk! School, which means Student Resource School Hire fees can be paid easily online, without coming into our Administration office.
Parents can now download the Commonwealth Bank Qrk! app in the App Store and search for James Nash State High School.
Online excursion payments will be coming soon.
