Ongoing communication between school and home plays an important role in your student’s education. We encourage you to be involved and to regularly speak with teachers about your student’s progress. It is important to notify us if you have a concern or if you believe your student is experiencing a problem.
Who to contact?
Clear communication between parents and the school helps us work together to support your child’s education and wellbeing. Below is a guide to help you connect with the right person for your specific needs.
Student Wellbeing or Personal Concerns
If you have concerns about your child’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, social interactions, or anything affecting them personally, please reach out to the relevant staff member based on your child’s year level:
For students in Years 7 to 10, your first point of contact should be the Head of Department – Student Services for your child’s year level.
For students in Years 11 and 12, please contact the Head of Year.
These staff members are best placed to support your child’s wellbeing and can connect you with additional services if needed. To get in touch or to make an appointment you can find their email address on Our Staff page.
Subject or Academic Matters
For questions or concerns about classroom learning, homework, assessments, or progress in a particular subject, please get in touch with your child’s subject teacher first. If further discussion is needed, the faculty Head of Department can also assist.
To get in touch or to make an appointment you can find their email address on Our Staff page.
School Fees and Payments
For questions regarding school fees, payment plans, or financial assistance, please contact the Finance Officer. They can provide up-to-date information and work with you on managing school-related expenses.
