Your Voice. Your Vision. Our Future.

At James Nash SHS, we believe in working together to shape a strong and successful future. Our School Council reflects this united approach—bringing together students, parents, staff, and community members to collaboratively guide the direction and vision of our school.

Meeting once each term, the School Council brings together key members of our school community to provide strategic advice and thoughtful feedback to the Principal. This dedicated team plays a vital role in shaping the current direction and future vision of our school.

Who’s at the Table?

The School Council is a dynamic mix of voices, each bringing valuable insight and perspective:

  • The Principal – providing leadership and direction

  • The P&C President – representing our wider parent community

  • A Student Representative from the Student Representative Council (SRC) – giving students a voice at the highest level

  • Two Elected Staff Members – one teaching and one non-teaching staff member

  • Two Elected Parents – offering a parent’s point of view and support

Together, these members collaborate to help ensure James Nash SHS continues to grow, innovate, and thrive.
