Hire Fees
Hire fees are determined based on the nature and circumstances of the organisation or event. Additional charges, such as a cleaning fee, may apply.
Required Documentation
Before any hire can be approved, the following documentation must be provided:
A valid Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million cover)
WorkCover Certificate, if applicable
Any other relevant licences, permits, or certificates related to the event or activity
Copies of Blue Cards for individuals working with children
Completion of the Key Messages Mandatory Training – this will be provided upon conditional approval
Completion of a Community User Risk Assessment – this will also be provided upon conditional approval
