Sporting Award Nomination 2021.pdf- please return to the PE Staffroom, MPS by Friday 10 September 2021 (Friday, Week 9).
Citizenship Awards nomination 2021.pdf - please return to your Year Level HOD by Friday 3 September 2021 (Friday, Week 8).
Cultural Awards nomination 2021.pdf - CLOSED.
Students can also ask their HOD for a hard copy at school.

Awards Night will be held on Thursday 14 October. Details about the event will be distributed in due course.
